We will carry out work only on the condition that you accept our terms stated below.

Your instruction to proceed with a survey or other works should be made in writing by letter, fax or e- mail.

Your written instruction to proceed will be deemed as acceptance of these terms.

If a quotation is based on your verbal description and the site is unseen by ourselves, we further reserve the right to amend the price if, in our opinion, your description does not adequately describe the site with particular regard to sight lines and visibility.

The quote price of a survey is based on the assumption that we will have unrestricted access to the site requirements.

We reserve the right to amend a quotation in the event of any changes to the scope of work or specification.

Unless previously agreed, it is the client’s responsibility to advise current landowners and other interested parties of the proposed survey work.

Projected, start and completion dates are subject to weather conditions on and prior to the dates stated.

All prices are subject to V.A.T. at the current rate.

Our quotes will remain current for a period of 28 days from the above date.

Our payment terms are strictly within 28 days of invoice, unless previously agreed in writing.
